Terms of Service

Projects begin with a written scope and a fixed quote. A 50% deposit confirms the schedule; the balance is due at launch. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Ownership of the final design and code transfers to you on final payment. The studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise.

Third-party costs, hosting, domains, fonts, stock imagery and plugins, are billed at cost and remain in your name.
